$750 million Construction Project, Station Square in Ronkonkoma, Now Two Years Away from Completion

The Ronkonkoma Hub is a part of a $750 million Station square redevelopment construction project. The project is entering Stage 2, which consists of remaking the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road Station area. This redevelopment will bring 388 apartments, 73,000 square feet of retail space, and 15,590 square feet of office space to the area, along with a town square, whose construction began last summer.
