Bronx Lawyer-Dean of School is hit with sex abuse lawsuit

A lawsuit  was filed in the Bronx Supreme Court  against James West former school dean of Cardinal Hayes High School for sexual abuse of a student. According to the legal papers the dean unzipped the 19 year old student's zipper and tried to touch him. The claim is also that the dean offered to perform oral sex on the student. West was arrested last year and plead guilty to second-degree harassment and given a conditional discharge. The High School's former pricipal Christopher Keogan was forced out in February of 2008 for having inappropriate images on his computer and a former spanish teacher pleaded guilty to having sex witha 16 year old student in 2003.
