Lawyer Bios

Steven B. Tannenbaum graduated from New York Law School in 1978. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American College of Legal Medicine. He is admitted to practice law in all of the Courts in New York State as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States.

He has lectured on medical malpractice litigation and is scheduled to speak on toxic mold litigation and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has published in the area of psychiatric malpractice cases.
