Southampton Man Charged with DWI

Timothy Hughes, age 21, was at a Southampton club when he got into an altercation with another person. Hughes left acting outraged and speeding through the parking lot. He hit Mitchell Bloxon, age 28, and then ran into a fence. Bloxon was badly injured and was airlifted to the hospital. Timothy Hughes was charged with reckless endangerment, DWI and assault among other charges.
