Queens Man Killed By Hit and Run Drunk Driver

A Queens delivery man for a chinese restaurant was killed in a hit and run accident February 12 2010. After the man was dragged the police was caught up with the driver who was charged with drunk driving and leaving the scene of the accident. It was later learned that the man had been previously charged with DWI. The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital where he died of his injuries.
