Copiague Man Killed in Hit and Run

Natalio Mosso was walking to get dinner with his cousin, when he was killed by a hit and run driver. The two cousins were only two blocks away from their house when the Toyota Avalon went up on the sidewalk and killed Natalio Mosso. His cousin was not hurt. Witnesses saw the driver of the car get out and flee the scene. Police are still searching for a suspect. Witnesses have helped in the search by providing the license plate and a brief description of the suspect. Natalio Mosso was living in the United States for the past six years, trying to make a better life for himself. He worked two jobs and sent most of the money he earned back to Mexico where his mother lived. Leaders of Mosso's community are raising money, so his body can be sent back to his country.
