Bronx Man dies in Motorcycle Accident

A motorcycle accident occurred on the Taconic State Parkway southbound. The accident occurred between Shrub Oak and Peekskill/Yorktown Heights exits. Elvin Porcel age 33, from the Bronx was driving his motorcycle in the center lane when he lost control of it. He crossed over the left lane and hit the the center guardrail. Elvin flew from his motorcycle also hitting the guardrail. Porcel was taken to Westchester Medical Examiner's Office, since police continue to investigate this crash. One witness told police that he had seen a group of motorcyclists pass him riding at very high speeds weaving in and out of traffic. Once traffic stopped due to the crash the group was on the side of the road in distress. Police are looking into this.
