Bronx Car Accident Lawyer- Bruckner Expressway Possible Construction Debris

On December 4th 2009 Suejas Eastrada was killed when she was driving on the Bruckner Expresssway. Tom Brokaw the former NBC newcaster was also involved in the accident. It appears Ms. Estrada was attempting to get out of the way of some construction debris and/or a reel of cable when the accident occured. It is unknown wether the spool of cable was accidentally placed in the roadway or was part of some construction debris.Mr. Brokaw and his wife were not hurt in the car accident. A Postal Service truck was also involved and the driver of the truck was released from Westchester Medical Center. The accident occued where the Bruckner Expressway merges with the Sheridan Expressway. Police are still investigating.
