A center Moriches woman was accused of killing a Shirley Long Island resident on October 18th 2009 near Sunrise Highway. Michael Lynch was tring to cross the street when he was hit by a 2004 Chevrolet. The driver surrendered to the police about a half hour after the accident. tests given to the driver indicated that she was drunk and blood tests are pending.
