While working at a construction site I slipped and fell. Can I recover for the injuries I sustained?

A: Maybe.An employee getting hurt on a construction site can be a solid case. If the site was being used for commercial purposes or if it was a multiple dwelling unit then you maybe able to bring a claim against the owner and any of the contractors on the job. You cant sue your employer as you are entitled to workers compensation which effectively precludes ant claims against the employer for pain and suffering.
