I've been injured at a concert, what are my legal rights?

A: If you have sustained injuries at a concert, you may be entitled to compensation. Under premises liability laws, property owners are responsible for ensuring the safety of those who populate their premises. So at a concert, the venue management may be held accountable if you sustained an injury as a result of negligence, or a failure to take necessary safety precautions. The venue allowed for the concert goers to "mosh" (a reckless form of dancing in which people purposely slam into one another), and our client was injured in the rowdy crowd.
