I really don't like my current lawyer. What steps do I have to take to find a new lawyer and transfer my file?

A: This maybe one of the most common questions asked. The process of leaving your current lawyer and finding a new one is very easy. In fact we recently wrote an article about which is a step by step approach to getting a new lawyer. I would recommend that you read this as there are some things you must know. You should never be in a relationship that is not working for you. You should know that your old lawyer will have to cooperate with your new lawyer,there will be no new fees and you will not have to talk to your old lawyer.
