Bronx Accident Lawyer- Client Has Shoulder Surgery-Taxi Pays The Limit

Client was a 45 year old health care worker when she was in a taxi that decided to back up off an exit by the FDR drive in New York City. The taxi collided with another vehicle and the client injured her shoulder. She had a slight rotator cuff injury and  bad neck trauma.
