Lawyer Bios

Erica B. Tannenbaum received her undergraduate degree (summa cum laude) from the State University at Buffalo, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in her junior year.  She received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Suffolk Law Newspaper.  During law school, Ms. Tannenbaum interned at the City of Boston, Office of Labor Relations.  After graduating from law school, she was employed at a large firm on Long Island, where she practiced employment, labor, education and municipal law.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers. Ms. Tannenbaum is admitted to practice law in all of the Courts in New York State as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
